The latest Superman trailer has dropped from Warner Bros, and it’s more than a little bit epic, packed full of wild and thrilling scenes, along with some insight into just how evil and hateable a character Lex Luthor is.
Indeed, Lex Luthor isn’t just the villain who once stole 40 cakes. He is also threatening to ‘destroy’ Supes and everyone he’s ever loved – including his parents! (Comic cake reference below)

According to the official description, this Superman movie is focused on:
Superman’s journey to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing as Clark Kent of Smallville, Kansas. He is the embodiment of truth, justice and the American way, guided by human kindness in a world that sees kindness as old-fashioned. It’s set in a world very different from ours and far removed from the DCEU. Heroes have been around for ages, and we’ll see how it affected this world’s history and has shaped the DCU.
Superman stars David Corenswet, Rachel Brosnahan, Nicholas Hoult, Skyler Gisondo, Wendell Pierce, Milly Alcock, Isabela Merced, Nathan Fillion, Sean Gunn, Edi Gathegi, Maria Gabriela de Faria, Sara Sampan, Anthony Carrigan, Frank Grillo, Neva Howell, and Pruitt Taylor Vince.
